Having completed a degree in Photography at the University of Westminster, Anthony Bowater works as a freelance photographer throughout the UK and overseas, undertaking assignments in the architectural, advertising, commercial and industrial sectors of professional photography.
Since initially working almost exclusively with 5/4 large format film, Anthony made the transition to digital in 2009, and now currently uses Phase One high end digital capture coupled to either an Arca-Swiss technical camera for full perspective control, or a medium format camera.
In 2021 Anthony became a qualified member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers (LBIPP).
Being creative and technically skilled, Anthony’s images undergo extensive retouching resulting in a clear and uncluttered image. Attention to detail is evident at every stage.
